74% of our 2011 are Enrolled in College Our Inaugural Class, the Class of 2011 continues to produce impressive results. We received a report from the National Student Clearinghouse, which confirms what students enrolled in college any time after the first year after high school, and 74% of our first graduating class are in college as of December 8, 2011. The actual breakdowns are as follows: Total in Class 82 Total Enrolled 61 (74%) Total in Public Colleges 30 Total in Private Colleges 31 Total in 4-year Colleges 57 (69%) Total in 2-year Colleges 4 (5%) Total In-State 45 Total Out-of-State 16 By comparison, according to statistics for the Class of 2010 published in the Philadelphia Public School Notebook, only eight Special Admission District High School performed better than our 2011 result (Bodine, CAPA, Carver, Central, GAMP, Girls High, Lankenau, and Masterman). The Class of 2011 has left a tremendous legacy for our school. The Class of 2012 certainly has their work cut out for them. |
